We hope you can learn to love this big, bold, funky Brett beer, which spent well over a year in oak barrels. Assemble the ways, for if it’s not love, then it’s this blueberry bomb that will bring us together. If it seems a little strange, well…that’s because it is. Oscillate Wildly was conceived to rebuke the beer those macros constantly brew, which says nothing to us about our lives. Message received, loud and clear.

Thanks to gopens44 for another fantastic Va. brew
Disclaimer: I am a fan of extreme flavor in beers. YMMV
Pours turbid dark purple almost black with a quick to kick finger of tan foam. How all fruit wilds should look, deep and full.
Rounded tart hits first with a burst of bright blueberry tart and sweet juice. Mild funkier aspects lurk. Really alluring aroma.
Good lord this is a full flavored baby with extreme depth. It has both rounded tart and sharp aspects to it, and the blueberry flavor is more muted than it is in the aroma, more a general fruitiness. Alcohol a definite player, giving a spicy heat to the sip. The funk is much more prominent here, an earthy musk that lends a nice counterpoint to the amount of sweet this beer carries. As it warms a bit of herbal bitter adds to the complexity and the deeper aspects of brett shine. Delicious. One drawback is a bit of astringency that enters the sip along the way
Really thick, just short of actual blueberry juice thick, highly viscous, very low carb., excellent finish that is one that should be expected to be over the top, based on flavor profile. And isn't.
Highly recommended, an amazing beer that really captures blueberry tart and earthy funk in a BIG way, with big alcohol that works for it. Go big, or go home, loving it, this beer is in my sweet spot.

Poured into a snifter. Picked this beer up at the brewery on Father's Day.
A very pleasant sour. I like this beer very much. Sour but not too much. The blueberries moderate the sourness but not in a sweet or cloying way. Refreshing and very drinkable. 4
A - Ugly, dark brown and clearish, with a minimal light brown head. 3
S - Lactic, fruity, blueberry, sour cherry, oaky. 3.75
T - Tart, fruit, blueberries and cherries. Sour first followed by a hint of sweetness. 4
MF - Medium light body, moderate tartness, semi-dry, smooth even a bit creamy in the finish. 4.25

I hope you like brett. Very underwhleming, with a 10% ABV there should be a punch to the mouth of sour blueberries. Instead an over-abundance pf bretts add a plasticy taste to the brew.

Boozy and unbalanced. Very little blueberry, perhaps too dark a sour, and a terrible finish.
