On tap at brewery (limited notes):
Amber towards brown, fair head and retention
Nose awesome flavored coffee smell, emphasis on coffee
Taste isn't as strong on the coffee, but it does come through. I am thinking weaker flavored coffee, to carry a theme. Also bitter to tart astringency plays into that, maybe the pecans and bittering agents aren't playing as well together as expected.
Actually enjoyed this beer, nuttiness comes out in taste behind bitterness; could be blended better IMO. However, would order another on next visit.

Oak aged with coffee and pecans added. Very unique, pretty satisfying
