On tap at Timeless Pints Brewing Company in Lakewood, CA.
Described as a porter brewed with cranberries, pecans, and spices.
Pours an almost opaque super dark crimson-brown with a foamy tan head that settles to a film on top of the beer. A foamy curtain of lace coats the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, pecan, spice, and slight cranberry aromas. Taste is much the same with sour cranberry and nutty flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of roasty bitterness and acidity on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp and medium bodied mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with some nice aromas but the tartness in the flavor is unexpected.
