Fresh from the grove, Sinshine is a hazy New England IPA bursting with orange, grapefruit, melon, peach, and tangerine flavors. The rocky white head holds the aroma of ripe tropical fruit. Sinishine finishes smooth and creamy with little bitterness.

5th Review. Love this brewer. Tips into 4+ for me.
a) Pours a murky hazed deep gold body, that sprouts energetic, rocky head that laces a bit.
s) Gorgeious mixed citrus orchard blossoms and all, some peach.
t) Adds melon to the citrus, lemonade, some bread and malt.
f) Creamy, tickle, well done. manages not to become oj.
o) Very fresh and juicy, creamsicle as promised.

From a 16 fl. oz. can with no date that I can find. Sampled on Jan 2, 2020.
The appearance is a hazy yellow color with a foamy, frothy white head that lingers. Semi-opaque.
I pick up orange, nectarine and other fruity hop characters on top of the white bread note.
Light to medium and smoother body.
The flavor is sweet and fruity and the bitterness at the end is mild to moderate. Flavorful but easy drinking.

Canned 12/24/18
Pours a decent fizzy bubbly but smaller head that fades semi quickly, not much lacing, murky hazy pale deep gold color
Nose big fruit, citrus and grapefruit out front, with big peach and melon after, light clementine with very mild pith, grapefruit with almost lemonade like aroma as well, faint hint of malt
Taste mild doughy sweet malt, flaked wheat/oat creamy base too, fair hops, medium to lighter bitterness throughout, but hops bring lots of fruit again, an interesting melon at first with citrus as well, lemon cake notes, grapefruit zest, a touch of stone fruit and peach like, hops turning spicy and very rind/pith late, drier finish, little more doughy cake like malt and citrus rind lingering
Mouth is med bod, a touch creamy but not quite juicy, decent but a bit lighter carb
Overall not bad, even with a few months it was pretty good, but that pithy rindy hop character begins to dominate, so I can imagine fresh that really takes over, otherwise a nice beer

Poured from can into IPA glass.
Look: Dark cloudy yellow; a bit of orange. Decent head that fizzled out quick.
Smell: Predominantly grapefruit. Bitter.
Taste: Overall pretty good. Initially a bit of strong bitter funky taste that wasn't the most pleasing. Although strangely, the longer it stayed in my fridge, it seemed to smoothen out and be more palatable.
Feel: Light, smooth, a bit creamy.

Light feel, heavy citrus. Nice find at the local meat market.

16 oz can into IPA glass. Date is smudged.
Nice hazy golden orange look. Not much of a nose, light tropical fruit. Taste is nice tropical fruit with orange leading the way. Creamy medium mouth feel. Overall a nice NE IPA that I would buy again.

This beer was recommended by the beer store and is quite a find.
Cloudy orange gold color with a 3F head in a Spiegelau IPA glass.
Very strong grapefruit, citrus, orange, opens up with warming.
Zesty, medium+ body.
Dry hoppy finish.
Excellent IPA. Looking forward to tasting more of their beers.
