Appearance: On cask, the beer arrives clear and amber colored with a thick head that leaves sheets of lacing behind
Smell: Caramel and stone fruit tones with an earthy aspect
Taste: Caramel and stone fruit forward with the earthy hop flavors providing a balancing light bitterness
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied and creamy with moderate carbonation
Overall: A good example of the style if a bit more bitter than others I have tried
