Poured from a mini growler (exclusive to a chocolate/beer pairing in 2021) into a tulip. Pours deep red with a small off white head. Smells of sour cherries, very inviting. Tastes of sweet cherries with nice sour notes. Beer is medium bodied yet easy drinking, god carbonation. Overall, a very good beer.
