A light and refreshing Sour Ale conditioned in French oak barrels with lactobacillius for several months.

Poured from 1 pint, 1 fluid ounce bottle into glass. Bottled on '5.1.17'.
Mostly clear but cloudy upon final pour, pale gold color. Fizzy head, which dissipates. No lacing.
Mostly funk on the aroma, slight lemon, and oak barrel.
Sour, lemon taste, with lots of funk, oak barrel tannins. Really dry finish.
Medium mouth feel, dry and sour on the tongue.
Berliner Weisse style, but with oak barrel aroma and taste influences added. Also cloudy from the yeast, and quite acidic.
