Oak aged Sour Golden Ale blended using a solera method and fermented with Saccharomyces and Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus and Pediococcus then blended with lulo and persimmon.

Poured from a can into a pint glass. Pours orange yellow with a small white head. Smells of nice sour fruit. Tastes of sour fruit with nice tropical fruit notes. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a good beer.

5 oz pour on tap at the brewery. Slightly sour, not any persimmon flavor that I could detect - more of a generic sweet tropical fruit flavor. Overall not a memorable beer.
