look: 3.5 | smell: 3.5 | taste: 3.75 | feel: 3.25 | overall: 3.5
Appearance: Pours a somewhat clear, deep brown and chocolate color with sediment floating in the glass. A minimal head. SRM of 19-20. (3.50)

Aroma: Strong aromas of bourbon upfront. Some orange citrus spice and caramel underneath. (3.50)

Flavor: Strong flavors of bourbon again upfront There's some bready malt and orange citrus spice within. Finishes with more bourbon and lots of booze. (3.75)

Feel: Heavier-bodied, low carbonation. Finishes boozy, sweet, and heavy. (3.25)

Overall: A heavy, sweet, and mostly boozy beer from the bourbon and barrel aging. Doesn't rescue it with enough Belgian or flavor. Under-carbonated and drinks boozy. Wish I had some better things to say about this one. Sort of like an Old Fashioned. (Rating: 3.58)
