Pours a reddish brown, small khaki head some spotty lacing, a bit of an oily glasss. Nose says fruit, some wood and booze. Very tart fruity flavor. Nice texture & carbonation. The "tartness" just spoiled this. One and done.

Day 23 of the 2023 Advent Calendar. Poured from a can into a pint glass. Pours deep red, almost black, with a small light brown head. Smells of sweet grapes and some wheat. Tastes of sweet grain with nice grapes and bourbon notes. Beer is full bodied yet fairly easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a very good beer.
