Got this from the webshop. Cheers!
From a 33cl can into a snifter
Best Before 02 June 2022
APPEARANCE: Pours a two finger, medium looking, foamy white head with good retention. Cloudy maize yellow with no carbonation evident. Head slowly recedes to a foamy cap and clings to the sides of the glass.
SMELL: Fruity nose of apricot, tangerine, pineapple, honey and melon aromas. Bold and enticing.
TASTE: Apricot, honey, melon flavors, cantaloupe, some hay flavors and pineapple at the swallow. Not quite bold enough to really impress. Notes of caramel, honey, cantaloupe, pineapple and apricot linger on the palate. Medium strength in flavor.
PALATE: Lighter body and higher levels of carbonation. Foamy and airy on the palate, goes down okay and finishes a touch dry.
OVERALL: Meh. Not the best hop forward beer VandeStreek has made in the last little while. It’s definitely light and foamy on the palate, and the flavor profile is not as bold as hoped. Not a bad beer, but not impressive either.
