Honey falls away from the strong smoky flavor that gives a too bad mouth, with less smoke the melting taste and the honey would come right now too weak

Quite a gusher: it takes a while to get the contents of the bottle inside the glass, but it's got a fluffy head indeed. It comes with a dark brown beer underneath it. A nose full of smoke. A mouth full of smoke as well. This beer is sold as a honey bock, but there is not a lot of honey going on here. Come to think of it, it's not your archetypical bock either. It's quite sout actually, with a smokey-malty profile. Some hints of sour fruits, like berries. Not what i expected, but it kinda grew on me. Still a bit one-dimensional though, it lacks complexity and development. Mouth feel is okay, though the body might have been a bit fuller.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
