Golden colour with a decent head of foam. It sinks quite fast though. Nice fruity smell of apple, pear, malt and yeast. The taste is a bit less balanced than the smell. Apple and pear as well (they were used in the brewing process), but other flavours are a bit too much in the background. Very easy to drink, nice stuff on a hot summer's day, deceiving with 8 abv.

Sampled a 0.33l bottle at De Drie Dorstige Herten in Utrecht on 25SEP16; cost was €5.00, with best by of APR17.
It was a bright, medium golden bier, with a creamy, short, light tan head. Carbo was scattered, and lacing was very nice. Had a touch of toasty malt in the nose, with some mild green fruit. Body was medium, and had little prickle on the tongue.
Had lots of fruitiness, with pear and green apple prevalent. It did lean more towards the sourish side, and I was wondering if it was off a bit or still green. So-so, all-in-all....
