Copenhagen 20/5 2021. 44 cl can from SuperBrugsen, Nørrebrogade, Kbh. N. Red tinged can with a mushy red berry.
Pours unclear very red with small white head which disappears almost immediately. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of tropical fruit and sweet berries mingling with sour unripe fruit. Passion fruit and peach. Citrus and sour gooseberries. Slightly acidic.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, watery, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed with a stronger tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour and a bit thin. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Fruity brew nicely balanced between sweet tropical fruit and sour kettle. The sour kettle wins in the end.
