Pours opaque hazy yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as 0,3 cm thick layer of foam obscuring the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a mild odor of Stone fruit mingling with subtle citrus fruit. Peach and apricot. Light touch of butter. Lemon and lime.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is rather dry.
Pleasantly bitter without going to extremes.
