Copenhagen 3/12 2022. 44 cl can from N'Bro Kiosken, Nørrebrogade, Kbh. N. Red and restless can with a sprinkle of glimmer.
Pours opaque, hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, fruity odor mingling with a more subtle citric bitter scent. Mango, peach and apricot. Lemon and citrus.
Medium thick, oily, soft, slightly viscous, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and with a light boozy burn. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Easily drinkable DIPA - Neither heavy nor boozy.
