Copenhagen 29/10 2022. 44 cl can from N’Bro Kiosken, Nørrebrogade, yellow can in Ølsnedkeren’s usual design with a yellow can with a drawing of an inverted pyramid.
Pours opaque unclear pale yellow with a big white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin patches of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of stone fruit mingling with a more subdued scent of citrus fruit. Peach and apricot. Grapefruit and lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is tart. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
Not exactly sophisticated. But simple, bittersour and dry.
