Copenhagen 5/2 2025. 44 cl can from Beershoppen web-shop. Red and ice-grey can with some white glaring lights on the can.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as 0,2 cm thick layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, slightly fermented odor of overripe, soft and bruised Stone fruits mingling with a more subdued citric scent. Sweet Mango and Peach. Orange. Citrus and Lime.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Wholesome and laden with fermented fruit.
