Copenhagen 8/2 2025. 44 cl can from N'Bro Kiosken. Nørrebrogade Kbh. N. The City of Vienna seen from an aerial perspective in orange and purple nuances.
Pours clear amber with a mid-sized off-white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as a thin, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma s medium intense with a sweet and meaty odor mingling with a bit of alcohol. Toffee, caramel and toasted bread. Hints of brown sugar.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a modest bitter undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Fine Vienna with a light bitter bite.
