Our first go at an India Pale Lager. It's dryhopped with New Zealand hops Motueka & Nelson Sauvin which gives it a nice elegant body with lot's floral and white grape notes.

Copenhagen 11/7 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Green can with an ice-clad Mountain.
Pours unclear pale yellow with a big fluffy white head. Stable. Settles as dispersed patches of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with sweet malty odor mingling with a subtle scent of citrus fruit. Sweet pale malt and bread. Lemon and citrus.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick. oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi dry.
Nice Lager with a citric touch.
