Organic IPA brewed with pale malt and wheat malt. Hazy and moderately bitter and bursting with fruity flavors from the generous dose of Citra and Mosaic we added in the dryhopping.

Copenhagen 13/12 2023. 44 cl can from N'Bro Kiosken, Nørrebrogade, Kbh. N. Simple white can with thin horizontal lines in red, blue and green.
Pours opaque unclear golden yellow with a small white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet fruity odor with hint of fermentation mingling with sharp citrus fruits. Mango and peach. Overripe decay. Citrus.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a notable bitter undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Bitter sweet take on a NEIPA.
