Født af Flammer is a hazy IPA which gives you associations about the taste of a refreshing Pina Colada, and sends your thoughts towards exotic destinations.
We have hopped it with Citra, Sabro and El Dorado, which creates a flavor explosion of citrus, coconut and delicious sweet fruit notes.
Født af Flammer is part of the Phoenix Series from Ølsnedkeren.

Copenhagen 20/11 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. An orange Phoenix on a green background on the can.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles a 0,2 cm thick layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with sweet oranges and a touch of Stone fruit. Zesty citrus fruit rummaging in the background. Oranges and nectarines. Grapefruit and lemon.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, yet lively and a bit fizzy texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sour streak. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry and a tad watery.
Tart and fruity Indian Pale Ale.
