It is a completely velvety DIPA with lots of honeydew melon and sweet stone fruit flavours. It has a low to medium bitterness to offset the high sweetness. We have used Mosaic, El Dorado & Citra Cryo in this DIPA.

Copenhagen 7/10 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Purple can with a dark silhouette which I suppose is Big Brother.
Pours opaque, hazy golden orange with a small white head. Stable. Settles as a thin, almost transpararent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing to speak of.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, fruity odor barely hiding a sweet scent of alcohol. Subtle citric notes. Peach and mango. Fermented. lemon and lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, gently tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a notable sweet undertone. A bit searing. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Potent and with a adequate bitter bite.
