Copenhagen 3/8 2021. 44 cl can from SuperBrugsen, Nørrebrogade, Kbh. N. Can in Ølsnedkeren’s usual design in orange with a ship near the coast and some houses on stilts.
Pours opaque hazy neon yellow with a small white head. Disappears after a few seconds leaving a cup multi fruit juice behind. No lacing- or any foam for that matter.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, odor of tropical fruit mingling with a subtle but sharp sour scent. Sweet mango, passion fruit and peach. Citrus and tart berries.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger sourness. Aftertaste is sour with a sweet undertone. Lingers shortly. Finish is dry.
Fine balance between sweet fruit and dry tart berries. Way better than multi fruit juice.
