Double West Coast IPA brewed with our good friends from Gamma Brewing Co. This collaboration followed our previous collaboration called "Hjernevasker", which was a hazy double IPA brewed at Gamma's brewery. We decided to stay in the same genre for the next beer, but still managed to make it a lot different! Klarsyn is a clear, bitter and semi dry IPA with all the classic hoppy notes. We put Columbus in the boil kettle for some spicy flavour and decided to dry hop with Amarillo, Cascade and Columbus for an abundance of delightful citrus aroma.

Copenhagen 25/10 2020. 44 cl can from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. What looks like some kind of purple vortex on the can.
Pours slightly unclear , golden yellow with a medium-sized head. Settles as 2 com thick blanket of foam covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with sweet, fruity, fermented odor mingling with citric notes. Fermented mango and peach. Light decay. Pine. Lime and grape fruit.
Medium strong carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is dry and boozy.
Potent DIPA. Fermented and bitter as it should be.
