Hazy double IPA brewed with pilsner malt, pale caramel malt, oat malt, wheat malt and a touch of maltodextrin for the extra body.
Hopped generously with Amarillo, Ekuanot and Simcoe, the aroma offers plenty of citrussy and tropical notes with a subtle herbal touch.

Copenhagen 5/10 2020. 44 cl can from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. What looks like a painting of a giant stadium residing in the middle of a giant parking lot on the can.
Pours opaque, hazy, golden yellow with a medium-sized white head. Settles as thin, flimsy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a fermented, slightly boozy, sweet, fruity odor mingling with more moderate citric fumes. Mango and papaya with a twist of decay. Peach and plum. Sour citrus and lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger harsh and citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Quite boozy and with intensity. As a DIPA should be.
