London Kalder is a 5.1% English cask-inspired Brown Ale with a rich and layered malt profile.
A blend of specialty malts provides notes of chocolate, caramel, toasted biscuits, and subtle roasted undertones, creating a deep, complex flavor.
A smooth, full mouthfeel and gentle sweetness balance the malt-forward character, making this a well-rounded and approachable take on the classic style.

Copenhagen 3/6 2025. 44 cl can from N'Bro Kiosken, Nørrebrogade, Kbh. N. Red can in Ølsnedkere's usual design with a dark silhouette of Big Ben. No sign of The Clash.
Pours opaque dark brown with a small off-white head. A bit bubbly, Disappears after a short while. Leaing only league remnants of foam behind. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a dark scent of licorice. Sweet biscuit and toffee. Whiff og English Tea.
Low carbonation- Slightly thick, oily, soft, flat texture,
Flavor is fairly intense with rather strong sweetness followed by a more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a bitter undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry and a bit sloppy.
Malty and sweet take on an English Brown Ale with a light salty and bitter touch of licorice. .
