Copenhagen 11/6 2025. 44 cl can from N'Bro Kiosk, Nørrebrogade Kbh. N. A pink house standing tall in a pink landscape with cacti.
Pours opaque hazy, slightly dirty yellow with a midsized white head. Stable. Settlescas a thin, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of stone fruits mingling with a prominent scent of acerbic citrus fruit. Peach and passion fruit. Citrus and grapefruit. A bit searing and sharp.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is rather dry.
Pretty intense fir a Session IPA.
