Copenhagen 22/8 2020. 44 cl can from SuperBrugsen, Nørrebrogade, Kbh. N. Very green can in Ølsnedkeren's usual design with a power plant standing tall in a desolate landscape.
Pours slightly unclear, ple yellow with a medium-sized white head. A bit frothy. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a light malty sweetness and some citric, grassy odors. Sweet pale malts, cardboard and bread. Lemon and fresh grass.
Light carbonation. Thin, watery, pretty flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Well balanced but a bit flat and not particularly interesting.
