Copenhagen 31/5 2020. 44 cl can from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Light blue can fading into pink. Seems to be a Design concept for Ølsnedkeren.
Pours unclear yellow with a medium-sized white head. Settles as 0,4 cm thick layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a light fruity sweetness and slightly stronger citric notes. Peach and caramel. Citrus and lime.
Medium carbonation. Slightly thick, lively, tingling texture.
Flavor is a bit thin with a moderate sweetness followed by a stronger, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is citric and bitter. Finish is dry.
A bit thin but fresh forerunner of the spring.
