Copenhagen 5/5 2020. 44 cl can from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Colorful can changing from green in the top to purple in the bottom.
Pours hazy, murky yellow with a medium-sized white head. Settles as a thin, frothy layer of foam barely covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet fermented, slightly exotic odor and strong citric notes. Fermented papaya and mango. Grape fruit and citrus.
Medium strong carbonation. Medium thick, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and citric. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Fine, light weight DIPA with a murky outlook. Citric and bitter but not overly boozy.
