Copenhagen 28/4 2020. 44 cl ca from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Orange and pink-is can with a little ship sailing among organic and round islands.
Pours orange-tinged pink with a small white head which disappears after a few seconds leaving what looks like a lemonade behind. No lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense. Fresh berries and sweet lemonade. Raspberry, strawberry. Sweet apricot mingling with sour citrus. A bit tart.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with medium strong sweetness followed by slightly lighter tast sourness. A little bit salty. Aftertaste is a bit thin with a light tart sourness. Lingers shortly. Semi-dry finish.
Nice flavoring which suits the sour Berliner Weisse well - a bit thin but refreshing.
