Indian Pale Ale with flaked and malted oats. Hopped with Citra in the kettle, dryhopped with Amarillo, Mosaic and Simcoe.

Copenhagen 25/6 2019. 44 cl can from Crate Jægersborggade, Kbh N. Fine little painting of Houses standing in water casting reflections. Goes well with the dogmatic, philosophical name of the beer.
Pours hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Bubbly. Settles as thin, bubbly patch of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is intense, fruity and citric. Light odor of caramel soon overpowered by citrus, pine and light notes of Grape fruit.
Light carbonation. Smooth, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Fine NEIPA with a decent bitter bite.
