Copenhagen 11/8-2017. 33 cl bottle from Vin de Table. Grey label with gigantic red Ø to make me understand that this is indeed a biodynamic brew.
Pours sort of dirty looking orange with small white head. Settles as thin layer of foam exactly covering the surface of the beer.
Aroma is sweet caramel, burnt malt and rubber. Lightly bitter notes.
Strong carbonation and watery palate.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with hints of roasted caramel. Semi dry finish.
A little bit hard to identify the Rye - but nice enough Amber Ale with nice bitter edge.
