Double IPA with oats and wheat. Besides Chinook for bittering it's hopped exclusively with Mosaic.

Copenhagen 12/8 2018. 33 cl bottle from Vin de Table, Frederikssundsvej, Kbh. NV. Green label that explains that this beer is good for your palate, for your body and for your soul. Made to look like some kind of Alternative Dietary Supplement.
Pours dirty, hazy amber with a very big white head. Settles as a fat, thick crown of foam totally obscuring the surface of the beer. Massive lacing.
Aroma is rich and dominated by tropical sweetness. Mango, Peach with hints of turpentine. Fermented decay. Lighter notes of grapefruit and citrus.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, soft, creamy texture.
Flavor is medium sweet nicely balanced by slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitterish with light boozy touch.
Quite light for a DIPA but with a good balance and gets a lot of aroma and flavor for the single hop approach.
