The house beer for Delirium Café São Paulo (unless you count Delirium Tremens), Trimiliqui is a beer that is collaborated by both Blondine and Urbana. Served on-tap, it's a dark brown colored beer with a creamy beige head and great retention. The flavor reminds me much of the classic beers of the style, bringing soft dark fruits, a little sweetness, and spicy yeast making this beer not just a good example per style, but one that the pink elephant café can serve with honor.
