I visited Legenda while in Budapest a few weeks back. It's a bit out from the downtown core, but a metro ride, a bus ride, and some walking will eventually get you there. The space itself is kind of a big beer hall / restaurant space with a ton of 4-tops and a few large group tables. It's all order at the bar service (though no bar seating), and they will bring you your food.
They have 13 beers on tap, plus a selection of bottles (though many of the bottled varieties are also those available on tap), with a pretty wide variety of styles. Two different cherry beers, a light lager, a couple pales, another fruit beer, red ale, a couple different wheat beers, a couple IPAs, and two stouts. They've also got liquor, wine, and house-made pálinka.
Foundation világos sör (a light lager) was refreshing, though I was rather thirsty on the very hot day I was there. but a decent european lager. The Jokerface IPA, which I take to be one of their flagships, reminded me more of an English pale ale, with a very earthy, hoppy character; not bad, though maybe not what an American palate expects in an IPA.
The service was efficient and relatively friendly. Hungarian is going to get you a lot further here than English, however.
