Completely undrinkable after I get three-quarters through the bottle. I asked the brewer whether people comment on the sourness that builds up in thsi beer, but she hadn't hear anyone mention it before. A friend (non-coeliac) gets the same effect so it doesn't appear to just be me. I assume this is the sorghum 'twang', but am not really sure. At any rate, I recommend something else.

From bottle, Pours a hazy golden colour with a small, disappearing head. Aroma citrus and stonefruit. Taste sweet, stone fruit, peach, apricot, pear. quite enjoyable for a gluten free beer.

Bottle: standard brown 330mL bottle with a pretty boring translucent label.
Appearance: pours a dull yellow colour with limited carbonation. A fluffy head jumps up to two fingers and disappears immediately and completely. What's left looks like apple juice.
Aroma: the aroma is pleasant citric hops with some orchard fruit also. A good start to a gluten beer.
Taste: I can see where they were headed with the taste. It is similar to the nose, but far more muted, as though it has simply been tacked on to cover the blandness of the beer itself. Quite disappointing after the aroma.
Aftertaste: not much here either. The flavours leave the palate almost immediately.
Mouth feel: a light body with spritzy-feeling carbonation. Feels more like a soft drink than a beer.
Overall: not a brilliant beer. It tastes like a tasteless gluten free / low carb beer that has had some citric and orchard fruit flavours artificially added, and it doesn't fool. It would be a decent offering if I couldn't drink anything else, i.e. was coelliac. Then again, I'd rather have a glass of wine. Add a cost of AU$70 for a case of 24 x 330mL (2014), and this one simply doesn't cut the mustard.

This beer pours cloudy-golden, with a head that recedes quickly with no lacing. The aroma is fairly typical of an APA, with grapefruit notes coming through strongly. The taste is grapefruit again with a hint of passionfruit and the mouthfeel is sensational.
Overall, this is a very drinkable beer, and gluten-free organic to boot! I would recommend this beer to anyone as it rivals some of the best I've had.
