A: Pours a hazy medium straw yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and moderate pale golden yellow highlights. The beer has a finger tall fizzy foamy off-white head that
quickly reduces to a medium sized patch of mottled very thin film and a very thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Light to moderate aromas of slightly sour wheat malts and lemon citrus with light aromas of vanilla. The aromas of vanilla intensify slightly as the beer warms up.
T: Upfront there is a light to moderate flavor of slightly sour wheat malts with a light to moderate presence of lemon zest citrus. That is followed by just shy of moderate amounts of briny/salt. Finally there is a moderate flavor of vanilla which intensifies slightly as the beer warms up. Lingering hints of tartness.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Light amounts of acidic prickliness.
O: Definitely interesting and makes me want to try some of this Atlantic Beach Pie that it is based on. The vanilla is a touch strong in comparison to the other flavors as the beer warms up but I quite enjoy this one.
