A Killer Queen of a Kölsch, brewed with local honey from King Cobra Apiary giving it a nice floral aroma without making it sweet. A refreshing light beer with a crisp, dry finish, guaranteed to give you a pleasant buzz. The name is a nod to Queen's epic tune.

First review. I had a pint on draught at the brewery. It pours an almost-clear, golden straw color with a thin, foamy, milk-white head and modest lacing. Its smell is subdued with spicy, earthy, herbal notes and a whiff of coriander. This is an unusual Kölsch. The honey is delicate and not overly sweet but I'm tasting even more Belgian influence than I smelled; there is coriander and discernible tobacco. Initially, it's a bit distracting but as I sip it I'm enjoying the rather unusual taste. It has a crisp, lite mouth feel and is easily drinkable with an ABV of 5%. Overall, I'm giving Beehemian Rhapsody additional style points for originality. This Kölsch is most definitely worth a try.
