Poured from 12oz can into a dimpled mug. No date on the can, but I picked this up at the brewery’s taproom.
Appearance: medium-light golden hue with a dash of haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam.
Smell: slightly sweet with a very nice malty character; there’s a softness to the aroma that I like.
Taste: a nice, rich maltiness, along with just a little hint of balancing astringency and a just a dash of hops. I like it.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: it’s more on the sweet side than the crisp side, but it is still a tasty, refreshing, and drinkable beer.
