Hazy, low-bitterness, New England-style IPA with Galaxy hops, an Australian variety we love for its intense fruity character.

440ml can.
L: Pineapple juice with two fingers of fluffy, white head.
S: Spicy, fermented mango and pineapple.
T: Follows the nose with an assertive herbal aftertaste.
F: Medium/light body. Bitterness is moderate and builds over time. A little gassy.
O: A dry, assertive NEIPA. Starts harsh but softens.
NB. This improves considerably as it warms. Pour and leave for 10+ minutes to smooth out the rough edges. I will try this at just under room temperature next time.

Pours a hazy yellow with thick, soft head.
Smell is juicy and slightly dank with notes of peaches, pineapple and orange juice and a hint of sweetness.
Taste is juicy and peachy with notes of orange peel and pineappe. Bitterness is pretty strong and bit sharp with a tad too much hop burn.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a nice NE IPA that lacks a bit of smoothness, a bit rough around the edges.
