Our favourite hop combo given the New England treatment. Low bitterness, hazy and crushable. Tamborine Mountain is the name of a mountain in Queensland, Australia.
Hops: Mosaic, Amarillo.

440ml can. Orange juice with a thin head and rings of lacing. Citrus, slightly herbal aroma. Tastes of orange, mango and pineapple with a dust dry, bitter finish. Becomes resinous over time. Mouthfeel is rich plus a tingle of carbonation. A moderately juicy, bone dry, New England-style pale ale with an approachable ABV. Mouthfeel, in particular, is excellent.

Tambo Mountain pours thicker then expected, murky, lemonade color, very consistent with a complex and tight, fantastic looking head that holds some retention with lots of lacing. The smell jumps out with big tropical fruit; pineapple and mango with a slight citrus bend of lemon and orange. Nice hop aroma from the glass. It's got a juicy softness over the palette. Grapefruit and mango, along with pineapple and orange, but very little hop bite. I do seem to get a bit of a chalky mouthfeel with the aftertaste.
