Copenhagen 23/5 2021. 44 cl can from Væskebalancen, Valby Langgade, Valby. rude drawing of what I suppose is the King's swimmingpool with very pink walls.
Pours opaque, milky, golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as 0,5 cm thin layer of foam overing the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light sweet odor of tropical fruit mingling with a sharp, dry, citric scent. Peach and mango. Sweet orange. Grapefruit and lemon. Light acerbic bite.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a light sweetness followed by strong sharp bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Fine, dry, smooth and unforgiving NEPA.

440ml can.
L: Hazy, orange/yellow colour with three fingers of lumpy, long-lasting white head with lots of spotty lacing.
S: Tonnes of overripe tropical fruit.
T: Orange, pineapple, mango, chalk. Light bitterness.
F: Medium body, soft mouthfeel, light carbonation and some dryness on the edges of the tongue.
O: A pithy rather than juicy example of a New England-style pale ale from North London. Perfectly enjoyable at just 5.2%.
