Baron have been brewing up a storm from their brewery in East Hertfordshire. For this collaboration we're centering the recipe around Simcoe hops, a firm favourite of the gang at Baron.

L: Cloudy orange with a thin head and some lacing.
S: Light orange juice with a vegetal overlay.
T: Overripe apricot and pineapple. Nice and dank.
F: Medium/full body with a rich mouthfeel. Nice and oily with a bitter finish.
O: A heavy-duty NEIPA. Rich and dank and delicious.
