Where to take cheese that it hasn’t gone before? Go West! For this special edition we’ve doubled up those dank Strata & Mosaic hops we loved from vols 1&2, and taken them for a boozy west coast vacation. Extra cheese is a heaving/bountiful platter of juicy fruit aromas!

440ml can.
L: Dark yellow with a light haze and a thin, short-lived head.
S: Underripe Seville oranges and an acidic edge.
T: Overripe citrus. Thick and lightly dank. Marmalade emerges in the aftertaste. Moderate sweetness, some bitterness (def not West Coast levels).
F: Full body with a soft mouthfeel but a barely dry finish. Very rich, verging on cloying.
O: What’s the point? Way too alcoholic for such a straightforward beer. Not bitter, not massively dank, not particularly complex. Kind of disappointed with my latest “hoppy” case from Pressure Drop.
