Copenhagen 13/2 2021. 44 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. Cute dogs and lame slogans on the can. Welcome to the internet.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as 0,3 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of exotic fruit and a touch of fermentation. Lighter citric notes. Mango and passion fruit. Light notes of citrus lime. Light whiff of licorice.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a bitter undertone. Finish is semi-dry.
Fairly light but intense and fruity. Way better than cute dogs on the internet.
