look: very dark, nearly opaque brown, stout territory. Light tan plush head.
smell: smoke is fairly subtle in the nose. mild roastiness, more like a milk stout imo.
taste: smoke a bit more up front. Some roasty char, though quite mild. Easy drinker.

On tap at the 2014 Secret Stash Bash (Atlanta).
Clear dark brown body with a semi-durable off-white head.
Medium body and carbonation. Lively for style.
Light smoke makes this porter resemble a Scottish Ale.
Fairly rich, dark malt base.
Plenty (too much) smoke in the nose; less in the taste, at first, but then more smoke is evident in the aftertaste (where I find it more welcome).
