Talk about a SIPA! This session IPA pairs all of the hop punch of a traditional IPA with a lower ABV bite for a more sessionable journey. Equinox hops bring bright hop notes of papaya, melon and fresh green pepper. So, what are you Fixin' To… Do?

Pours golden amber with a decent ivory head. Aroma presents hoppy and sour citrus tones riding a malty underpinning. Flavor delivers resiny hops, grapefruit, orange and lightly toasted malt notes. Crisp and refreshing, any time of year. Mouthfeel features OK body and fizz to spare. Whatever you’re fixin’ to, enjoy.

Poured from the tap at Taco Mac into a pint glass. The appearance is a clear golden brown with a small white head. The aroma is full of Pitney hops. Yhe taste is a really hood hop flavor.
