A: Dark black, opaque, great lacing
S: Coffee, bread, roasty malt
T: Coffee, toffee, caramel, bready
M: Medium
O: Really nice taste. Something this dark you forget its a brown ale. I get the brown ale toffee and caramel but then the coffee comes in. A really nice beer.

look: pretty dark brown, some cola highlights. modest light tan head, messy lacing.
smell: Sweetish roast and coffee.
taste: like the nose, but more subdued. The coffee blooms a bit in the finish.

12 ounce bottle - Schoolhouse Beer and Brewing in Marietta, Georgia.
Appearance: Pours a darkish brown body, with a very small, very brief, light beige head.
Smell: Coffee-dunked well-toasted bread, crusts and all with some lingering roastiness atop the aroma.
Taste: Pulls a bit roasty, then, a splash of clean water as the flavors thin a bit. The coffee didn't add so much as it seems the other flavors from the lovely base brown seem to have been subtracted inexplicably. Medium-light bitterness. Drying, roasty but a bit watery finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation.
Overall: Actually, falls a step behind the standard Cooter for me.
